No FP w Key on

I have a 7MGTE i just rebuilt, running on a ECUmaster EMU classic. Car ran great before my oil pump gear let the chat, now that i have everything back together, I cant seem to get my fuel pump to run. The only way it will run is if i jump the FP pin straight to the battery, doesnt work if i go to B+. When i do that it will run just fine. Any thoughts on where i should focus?

Interestingly enough I just worked on a supra with the same issue, it turned out to be the 7.5A ignition fuse (drivers side behind the trim cover) . This will keep 12V from going to the ECU IG-SW pin and in turn not send any power to the B+ connection at the check connector. If that fuse is good, measure if you get 12v on the IG-SW, +B and +B1 pin at the ecu. (this is all assuming the connections on the EMU classic are somewhat the same?)
